Store unopened products refrigerated at 2-8°C for short and medium-term storage. For long-term storage (beyond 60 days), keep at -20°C or colder.
Protect from direct light and avoid temperatures above 25°C. Products supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed vials are stable at room temperature for short periods (sufficient for tracked shipping) without compromising integrity. On receipt, transfer to refrigerated storage immediately.
Pre-mixed pen products should be kept refrigerated at 2-8°C at all times after receipt. Do not freeze pen-format products — freezing compromises the pre-mixed solution.
