This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Key Systems are processed, dispatched, and delivered within the United Kingdom.

By placing an order with Key Systems, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Locations

Key Systems currently ships orders within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom may be cancelled and refunded where applicable.

2. Products

Key Systems supplies injectable peptide products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased are used lawfully, safely, and in accordance with all applicable regulations and guidance.

Due to the nature of these products, orders may be subject to additional handling and packaging requirements.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Processing times may be extended during busy periods, public holidays, stock delays, courier disruptions, or where additional verification is required.

4. Delivery Method

We use a mixture of trusted UK courier and postal services to deliver orders. The courier used may vary depending on the order size, delivery location, product requirements, and service availability.

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Standard Delivery

Key Systems offers standard UK delivery.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Standard delivery times may vary depending on the courier, delivery location, and any circumstances outside our control.

6. Free Shipping

Key Systems offers free UK shipping on orders over £50.

The applicable shipping cost, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Key Systems is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service disruption

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Events outside our reasonable control

  • Failed delivery attempts

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at keysystems2@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

Key Systems is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, failed delivery, or failure to collect, we may require the customer to pay additional shipping fees before the order is resent.

9. Failed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery within the required timeframe.

Key Systems is not responsible for parcels that are returned, delayed, damaged, or disposed of due to failure to accept delivery or collect the parcel.

10. Lost or Missing Orders

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at keysystems2@gmail.com with your order number.

We may need to investigate the matter with the courier before any further action is taken.

Key Systems reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution depending on the outcome of the courier investigation.

11. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at keysystems2@gmail.com.

You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the parcel, packaging, and products received.

Claims for damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

12. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of injectable peptide products, Key Systems does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched, unless required by law.

This policy applies for hygiene, safety, regulatory, and product integrity reasons.

Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
