This Shipping Policy sets out how and when we dispatch and deliver orders placed through the Key Peptides website (keypeptides.co.uk). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use.


Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally. Any order placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.


Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our facility in Yorkshire.

  • Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day
  • Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and UK public holidays, are dispatched the next business day

Dispatch times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand, sales events, or circumstances beyond our control. Where a significant delay is expected, we will notify you by email.


Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically:

  • 2–4 business days for standard tracked delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, adverse weather, or courier service disruptions.


Couriers

We use a range of reputable UK couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and others, selected based on the order, destination, and service availability. All orders are sent using a tracked service.

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier for each order. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at keysystems2@gmail.com.


Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet, unmarked packaging. No external labelling identifies the contents or the nature of the products. Where required, products are packaged with appropriate protection to maintain integrity during transit.


Failed Or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection, or attempt redelivery on the next working day. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the courier's stated timeframe.

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or because you failed to arrange redelivery or collection, we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by you.


Lost In Transit

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window and tracking indicates the parcel has not been delivered, please contact us at keysystems2@gmail.com so we can investigate with the courier.

For orders confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to the courier's investigation outcome. Couriers typically require a short investigation period (usually up to 10 business days) before a parcel can be officially declared lost.


Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy for the process to report and resolve the issue. Damaged-in-transit claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.


Incorrect Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at keysystems2@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will amend the address where possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.


Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) courier service disruption, postal strikes, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances described in the Force Majeure section of our Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at this URL, and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
