Placing an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Key Peptides at our discretion. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Key Peptides until we send written confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including (but not limited to):

- Suspicion that the products are intended for use outside laboratory research
- Inaccuracies or errors in product information or pricing

- Shipping address outside the United Kingdom

If we decline or cancel your order after payment, we will refund the full amount paid to your original payment method.
6. Pricing And Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept payments through Stripe (debit and credit cards) and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store payment card details on our systems; all payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor in accordance with their terms.
In the event of a pricing error displayed on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by the error and refund any amount paid.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day from our Yorkshire facility. Delivery times, shipping options, and any additional charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk in the product passes to you at the time of delivery. Title in the product remains with Key Peptides until full payment has been received.
8. Cancellations And Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the inability to verify product integrity once products have left our controlled storage environment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to) change of mind, ordering in error, no longer requiring the product, or any other buyer-initiated reason.
This no-returns policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened, used, or remains in its original packaging. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to return any product once it has been dispatched from our facility.
Limited exceptions. Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following circumstances, and only upon verification:
- Damaged in transit: the product arrives visibly damaged or destroyed. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.
- Wrong product shipped: we have shipped a product different from the one ordered. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Product fails specification: the product fails to meet the purity or identity specifications stated in the accompanying Certificate of Analysis, verified by independent third-party laboratory analysis at your expense. We will reimburse the cost of verification testing where the result confirms our error.
In all other circumstances, no refund or replacement will be issued. Full details of the policy, including the process for reporting issues, are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Pre-dispatch cancellation. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed for dispatch the same business day. Once an order has entered our dispatch process, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us before dispatch occurs.
9. Warranties And Limitations
Key Peptides warrants that products supplied are of the purity and identity stated in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanying each batch, when stored and handled in accordance with the storage and handling instructions provided.
We make no other warranty, expressed or implied, regarding:
- The suitability of any product for any specific purpose
- The efficacy or outcomes of any product when used in research or any other context
- The compatibility of any product with any other substance, equipment, or application
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions, and representations, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, are excluded.
